We’re a small, community-driven platform and every purchase directly supports our neighborhood. As such, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

While we’ll miss you, subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If you do cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

No refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing periods or unused time.
